My journey to counselling has been enriched by diverse experiences, including working with learning-disabled and homeless adults, working for the NHS and being a military wife. These experiences have shaped my empathetic approach and genuine care for people from all walks of life. My mission is to provide compassionate, personalised support to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

Building Trust
Establishing a solid foundation of trust in the therapeutic relationship is my main focus. I am committed to fostering a supportive and empathetic bond with each individual, and with relational depth as the foundation of my approach and guiding our journey together, I will make sure you always feel at ease, and safe enough to express your needs. This client-centred approach allows you the freedom to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace; I am here to support you on your therapeutic journey and guide you along the way, and in your own time.
Reveal Patterns
I will pay attention to and help you explore your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviours; this can assist you in uncovering hidden aspects of yourself that may be influencing your current struggles. By bringing these unconscious patterns to light, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and work with you towards making positive changes.
With the dialogical relationship at the core and influencing my integrative approach, I am guided by transpersonal theories, such as existentialism, phenomenology, and polyvagal theory, which inform my creative integrative approach incorporating Gestalt and Narrative therapies.
